To feed our bellies, and also to provide some entertainment, we had the amazing Executive Chef, Taichi Ito of Crane Bar in Potts Point. Carving and serving up a whole Kingfish and an Ocean Trout! Crane Bar is a modern Japanese fusion restaurant, also serving only the finest spirits, cocktails and of course, sake!
We’ve had drinks, we’ve had food… for more entertainment we had a Kung Fu demo by Master Shifu Brett Russell, or Shaolin Monks Martial Arts. Kian is a long standing senior disciple of Brett’s and has been training in the art of Shaolin Kung Fu for over 5 years.
