After taking a few months off for the first quarter of the year, our all time favourite artist Shin is back on a full-time schedule from the 16th of April. For those who haven’t had the privilege of meeting Shin, getting tattooed by him or aren’t familiar with his work, his main focus is Japanese and black and grey realism. He also dabbles in fine line and colour tattoos, and jumps at the chance for the change of pace these types of tattoos provide.
Below are some of his works, some completed at the studio, a few from other studios and some done overseas in Vietnam, where Shin competed his tattoo apprenticeship before kickstarting his career in Australia in 2020. Though relatively new to the scene, Shin brings a remarkeable passion and care to tattooing that is reflected in all of his works. Scroll down to see what we’re talking about!
